My passion is working with women to help them help themselves. To guide them to develop the tools necessary to move forward in the best health for them. There is no one size fits all, but there are some very foundational things you need to get right.

It isn’t just about food. Self-care, habits, intuition, nourishment and energy are all the areas I cover in my practice. I believe putting ourselves first is what we all need so we can give the best of us not the rest of us to those we care about.

It lights me up to see women excited about how they feel. I am honoured to help show them the way.

I know what it feels like to not feel good – Both Physically & Emotionally

I spent a good deal of my life in a bad relationship with food. I was disconnected from my body and I had a ton of bad habits.  I now know what a difference, nutrition, selfcare and supportive practices can make. In my early 30s, I started to connect with food as nourishment. From here, my interest in natural health blossomed. I went back to school to become a Holistic Nutritionist so I could expand my knowledge and use it to help others. A lot of us don’t know how good you can feel – I want to share that gift with people like you. 

Shine Nutrition & Wellness is a heart led company. My passion is helping women help themselves. I believe in getting the basics right so you can move forward in your best health. There is no one size fits all.

I take a holistic approach to health; it’s more than just the food you put into your body. It’s how you speak to yourself, your community, how you let others treat you, and your daily supportive practices.
